Quakers believe that there is something of God in everybody and that each human being is of unique worth. We seek to take guidance and live from our experience of the Light that is within us all, rather than from creeds, ritual or ceremony. We meet together for worship in local meetings which are inclusive and open to all. Meetings for worship are based on silent reflection, with participants speaking as the spirit moves them.
